Check the product’s intended use and lid instructions first. A straw tumbler is not automatically suitable for hot drinks or leak-proof transport. Use the lid and temperature guidance for your model, and check that the lid is correctly fitted before carrying.

Contact Tumbler Den with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos by email. We will review the problem and explain the next steps under our return and refund policy. Do not send a return before receiving instructions.

Manufacturer coverage depends on the product, purchase location and applicable terms. Keep your proof of purchase. We can help you identify the appropriate Contigo or bubba support route; we do not promise a blanket lifetime warranty or automatic replacement. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
