Are your Contigo and bubba products authentic?
Yes. Tumbler Den is an approved reseller of genuine Contigo and bubba products.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to valid addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping or local pickup.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders normally require 0–1 business day of handling. Standard transit normally takes 2–8 business days after carrier pickup, for a normal total estimate of 2–9 business days from the applicable order-received day. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by remote destinations, weather, carrier disruption, holidays, or unusually high volume. The estimate shown at checkout governs your order. How will I track my order?
When tracking is available, we email a tracking number or link after the carrier accepts the shipment.
What is your return policy?
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 calendar days after carrier-recorded delivery. Change-of-mind and customer ordering-error returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee. No restocking fee applies when an item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Drinkware must be unused and unopened for change-of-mind returns. Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us immediately. We cannot guarantee a cancellation or address change after processing or fulfillment begins. If the order has shipped, the return policy applies.
How do I choose the right drinkware?
